WHAT CURRENCY ARE PRICES IN?
All prices are in US dollars.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY PURCHASE?
You will be forwarded to PayPal when you check out. You can either pay using PayPal, or if you don’t have a PayPal account, you can use your credit card (just click the Continue link that is to the left of the PayPal login box).

WHAT TYPE OF PAPER DO YOU USE?
My photographs are printed on premium, acid-free archival paper, which is rated to resist fading for 100 years under normal home display conditions. You have a choice of two finishes:

  • Matte – This paper is known for its accurate color and realistic saturation. Its matte finish resists fingerprints and reduces glare considerably compared with glossy paper.
  • Metallic – This stunning paper features a pearlescent surface and has a rich, distinctive metallic look that catches the eye. It has a unique three-dimensional appearance which delivers rich and vibrant colors, exceptional visual interest and depth.

ARE OTHER PHOTOGRAPHS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?
I have a flickr site with many more photographs. The link is at the bottom of each page in my shop. If you would like a print of a photograph that is on flickr, but not in my shop, please contact me.

CAN YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS BE PRINTED ON CANVAS?
Yes. My photographs can also be printed on premier art canvas and wrapped around a wooden stretcher frame, ready to hang. Contact me for pricing.

CAN I PURCHASE FRAMED PRINTS?
Photographs are listed and priced as unmatted and unframed prints. If you are interested in purchasing matted and framed prints, please contact me for more information.

ARE ANY OF YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS AVAILABLE AS WALL MURALS?

WHEN CAN I EXPECT SHIPMENT?
My photographs are printed on demand by a professional photo lab after payment has been received. Prints are typically shipped within 5 days of receiving payment. I will send you a confirmation email after your order has been shipped. Shipping times vary, depending on country and the shipping option you choose.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
When you check out, you will be presented with several shipping options, including a “regular mail” option which is uninsured, and an “express” option, which is insured. The specific options and prices depend on the country to which the order is being shipped and the size of the print(s).

WHAT IF THE PRINTS ARE LOST OR DAMAGED?

For orders worth less than $50: If your package is lost or damaged, I will replace the prints free of charge. A package is considered lost if it hasn’t arrived four weeks after the shipping date.

For orders worth $50 or more: A shipping option that provides insurance against loss or damage is highly recommended. If you choose an uninsured option, prints will not be replaced free of charge in the case of loss or damage.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will exchange your item(s) or refund your money (minus shipping costs) up to 14 days after you have received your order. You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs.
